Offering space to accommodate up to 8 guests, our home has a master bedroom, 3 guest bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and a finished basement. This unique custom built modern Villa is all on one level with the exception of the finished basement.

・Maximum 8 guests
・For your safety and security reasons, our homes have motion detectors and a security system, including exterior cameras.
・We do not allow house parties. Occupancy over 8 guests will result in eviction and potential loss of security deposit.
・The garage is not available for guest use.
・We do allow pets, but please be sure to give us a heads up if you plan to bring your furry friend(s).

Guest access

Guests will have access to the entire 4 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom house except for the storage closet in the basement. The garage is not available for guest use. The barns on the property are not accessible. The Wilds Wedding Venue is not accessible, unless you are an invited guest of the wedding.

Additional notes

We have an absolutely incredible location, near so much nature! Unfortunately that means that wired internet hasn't made its way out. We have Wifi hotspot available, but it's probably not as fast as your cable at home!

House Rules

NO PARTIES OR EVENTS
- 8 guests MAX. We do not allow house parties.
- For your safety and security reasons, our home has motion detectors and a security system, including exterior cameras.
- Occupancy over 8 guests will result in eviction and potential loss of security deposit.
- Quiet hours begin at 10:00pm

PARKING
- Please park on the pavement or gravel ONLY
- 5 cars MAX
- No campers, RV’s, or tents are permitted on the property

OFF-LIMIT AREAS
- Please do not enter the garage
- Please do not visit The Wilds Wedding and Event Venue unless you are an invited guest of a wedding or event.
- Please do not attempt to enter any of the barns on/near the property
- Please do not attempt to enter the locked storage closet in the basement. This is where we keep our cleaning supplies and other necessities.
- Please do not eat in the bedrooms
- Open-flame candles are NOT permitted
- Do not purchase anything via Amazon Alexa or Amazon Fire Stick. Purchases made during the time of your stay will result in loss of security deposit.

BATHROOMS
- We are on a septic system - so we ask that you limit flushing to just toilet paper and bio waste.

SMOKING
- Smoking of any kind is NOT permitted inside of the Villa. Smoking inside will incur fees of up to $1000.
- Please smoke outside of the house and at least 8ft. away from any door/open window of the house.
- All cigarette butts must be placed in the provided ashtray.

GARBAGE
- Please dispose of all garbage in the green dumpster located outside of the house.
